This upcoming issue happens to have a few amazing stories of mums doing extraordinary things, even though they have children at home. One of those mums is Cath Pendleton also known as the Merthyr Mermaid, who kindly gave me (Jane - the magazine's editor) a two hour long interview. Then there's Julia Stevens, who has evolved from a person who was struggling with tackling the bulge and a lack of fitness, to becoming a qualified mountain biking guide.
If you're not a mother, don't worry, it's not mum centric. For the record, I don't have children. The point is, whatever our position, there truly is so much we can do. I really hope this issue will inspire all of you, whether or not a mum, or a 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70+ year old, to keep working towards and with the right effort, hopefully achieving our goals.
